Shipping & Delivery
We will ship the day after we have received confirmation of payment (except Weekends and United Kingdom public holidays).
We send your orders via Royal Mail using their First Class services but there is no tracking number.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- UK - 1 to 3 working days
- EU - 4 to 15 working days
- America - 5 to 12 working days
- Canada - 5 to 10 working days
- Everywhere else - 5 to 21 working days
Please note these are just guidelines and unexpected delays in customs, can cause parcels to take longer, especially to America over the busy Christmas season.
If you would like to send it Registered PRIORITY mail, which is a faster than normal airmail and has a tracking number, please buy the listing available for an additional $10.30.
Orders over $180.00 will be sent via Registered PRIORITY mail.
We use the address stored in your user profile on the web site, so please make sure it is correct.
Returns & Replacements
If a parcel gets lost or damaged we will resend or if we can't for some reason, we will refund you.
Please let us know if you have not received your parcel after 16 working days by sending a message using the contact us Contact Us link on our website.
Returns will be accepted, less the shipping cost, and the non-refundable PayPal fee. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Exchanges are not accepted.
We will confirm acceptance of your order which will occur by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us.
At the point of acceptance and upon confirmation that your payment was successful, we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order.
Pricing, Payment Methods & Promotions
All prices displayed exclude delivery charges and VAT (applicable to UK and EU deliveries) and will be added to the cost of the items during check out.
We only accept PayPal as a payment method but you are able to use a credit / debit card via PayPal without having a PayPal account.
Savings on your purchase by using Coupon Codes
Coupon codes may be made available to you by us from time to time. Each Coupon will explain the saving, how it works and is activated by entering codes into the checkout section of the website towards the end of your shop.
Each Coupon entitles you to a percentage discount off your total shop (excluding shipping). The Coupon will state the percentage that will be deducted from your bill, how much you need to spend in order to get discount (if applicable) and the Coupon expiry date.
Remember you must follow the instructions on the Coupon. If you get it wrong you will receive an automatic message telling you which error has occurred. If you get an error message please check the Coupon instructions and try again.

You may change your personal information retained by us at any time by accessing your user profile on the web site.
